Algarve Holiday Lettings is a small-scale private company with holiday homes for rent in the Algarve, Portugal. Currently, there are 3 apartments with a swimming pool and near the beaches. Two of which are in Praia do Carvoeiro and 1 in Portimao near the famous Praia da Rocha. In addition, there is a luxury villa with a private swimming pool in the Algarve that you can rent.
The two apartments sleep 5 people each, in Praia do Carvoeiro are located next to each other and are part of the Aurora Mar building, which has its own swimming pool. Above the shops and delicious restaurants, 24 apartments on 3 floors have been built and there is an elevator. The gallery still has a few small steps to take because the building was built along an ascending road. This road is called the Estrada do Farol. It runs from the very luxurious resort of Clube Atlantico, past the villagepark Rocha Brava, all the way to the village square with the lovely sandy beach. In the estrada do Farol are many restaurants, terraces, shops and bars. In just a 5-minute walk from your apartment, you are already at one of the various beaches that Praia do Carvoeiro has to offer.

Then there is apartment Vila Arade. This apartment with a swimming pool is suitable for max. 4 persons. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city of Portimao. The apartment has 2 balconies, both of which offer a beautiful view of the river Arade as well as the village of Ferragudo on the other side of the Arade. At the estuary, you can see the Atlantic Ocean and the marina of the famous Praia da Rocha. Here is a very large beach and many beach bars.
The apartment is part of a building with a lift to the 3 floors and your apartment is on the top floor. The elevator stops at your front door. A staircase takes you to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long and use the BBQ in the evening. You can park for free in the closed area in front of the apartments, but also on your own parking space in the underground garage. The garage can also be reached by elevator.
The centre of the fishing town of Portimao is a 10-minute walk away. A nice walk along the spacious boulevard with various ships. Sometimes even a cruise ship docks. You can see the whole spectacle of disembarkation and embarkation from the balconies of the holiday apartment Vila Arade.

Algarve Holiday Villa Vila Maria is the large detached bungalow that is rented out. It all started with ”Vila Maria in miniature”. When the savings account was filled again, the house was expanded, later the swimming pool was added and finally, the garden was laid out. The paths in the garden take you past the most beautiful subtropical vegetation and the waving palm trees make it a wonderful holiday home on the Algarve.
The villa offers plenty of living space for up to 6 people and is only a 15-minute walk from Praia de Benagil and Praia do Carvalho beaches.
