Algarve Holiday Villa “Vila Maria in” Carvoeiro-Benagil is a detached villa in the Algarve with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large living room with aircon and dining area. And sliding doors leading to a large terrace to the 7×5 meters pool with an outdoor shower. 1 Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan heating panels, airconditioning and a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a large trundle bed for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, and double washbasin. Vila Maria is an ideal holiday rental in the Algarve. Close to several Pestana Golf Courses, a real nature.house in the Algarve country side near the coast. Vila Maria has its own charging station for your electric car. Close to Praia de Benagil and in the Vale d’El Rei, Algarve.

The bungalow is also ideal for a long winter stay, hibernation, or wintering in the Algarve, Portugal. In the winter months, while you are on your long winter holiday in the Algarve. you can comfortably heat Vila Maria with infrared panels, the cosy wood-burning stove, and with the air conditioning.

The villa is very private and quiet yet not isolated and can be reached by a narrow country road just 300m away from the road to Benagil and Carvoeiro. Just 800m from the sandy beaches Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and just minutes from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha and Praia Centeanes in Carvoeiro, the lovely fishing village with many restaurants, shops, and cafes. In Benagil, at a 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants to serve you a wonderful dinner, chicken Piri-Piri, cataplana, or a wide choice of fish. Pets allowed.

Detached villa with private swimming pool, just 45 minutes away from Faro Airport
Villa Maria is only 45 minutes away from Faro airport, is centrally located and the nearest golf course (par 3 and 9 holes) is located a 2 minutes drive away and the Gramacho and Pestana golf courses are reached in about 8 minutes more. For the kids there’s plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along with the Algarve caves, water park Slide & Splash in Estombar, and Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia, where also the Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is found. The house book in the villa offers many other suggestions.

A gem on the Algarve
Nestled between Benegil and Carvoeiro, Villa Maria is the essence of peace and tranquillity. A 20 min walk to the supermarket at Rocha Brava – yet short drives to all the fabulous facilities of both Benegil and Carvoeiro – this villa has everything to offer. The owner couldn’t be more helpful and his passion for palm trees is evident throughout the lovely gardens. The super helpful Daniela made sure our stay had everything we needed. A most wonderful stay at a lovely villa.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Anwesen
Wir haben wunderschöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Alles was dafür benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Der Pool war für unsere Enkelkinder das große Highlight und wurde natürlich zu jeder freien Minute intensiv genutzt.

Vila Maria, a little bit of paradise
We had a 2 week stay at Vila Maria and had a fantastic time. Booking with Frits the owner was easy and quick. He replied promptly to any communications and gave us all the information we needed to find Vila Maria and for our stay. Vila Maria is set up well and has all the home comforts you need. The pool area is superb and you have all the seating/loungers you need. There are tables and chairs in several areas which is nice to change location for meals as the sun moves through the day. The garden is stunning and great care is taken to look after it. The gardener/pool man and the maid are lovely and do their best to do their job without disturbing you. Carvoeiro and Benagil are both close enough to walk to (Carvoeiro being a bit further) but both have great restaurants, bars and shops. I definitely recommend Vila Maria to a family or couples, you will have a fabulous holiday.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad, inclusief een storm: wauw! hoge golven! Heel veel gefotografeert (hamateurfotografen). De rotsen zijn nog steeds prachtig! Pantanos de Fatima: natuurgebied, wetland, duinen, zwarte ibissen, witte ibissen, ooievaars, kraanvogels, flamingo’s, purperkoet, enz. : zwemmen in prachtige baaien, lekker, eten enz.
Heerliijk om weer terug te zijn in Portugal!
